Your ProtoShare Site
Each ProtoShare account has a unique domain. Your ProtoShare site can be accessed by entering the site name you chose during the sign up process, followed by “protoshare.com” into your browser’s location bar. For example:
If you have forgotten your domain, search your email folders for a message with the subject, “Welcome to ProtoShare” from customerservice@protoshare.com. This email includes basic account information as well as login details. If you cannot locate your welcome email, please contact ProtoShare Support.
Account Changes
If you wish to change any details on your ProtoShare account, you can do so from inside your ProtoShare account as long as you are logged in as the Billing Manager. Billing Managers have access to the Account Settings tab located on the initial screen displayed once you sign-in.
If you wish to cancel your ProtoShare account for any reason, the user assigned as the Billing Manager can do so from the Billing Info tab. For security reasons, ProtoShare Support representatives are unable to Cancel your account based off of an email request. However, if your Billing Manager is having trouble logging in, our representatives will gladly assist with retrieving login information.
Besides simple Cancellation, ProtoShare also includes the option to Suspend an account for $5/month. With Suspended status, all the information inside your ProtoShare will be retrievable, as it is moved to a special server for storage purposes. When you wish to reactivate, your account will be just as you left it. Because Suspending deactivates your ProtoShare domain, you will need to contact us to restore a Suspended account.
